Many dogs[50+] == cruelty???

Well,I definitely dont know whom to support..In a case it seems a 50+ dogs were not treated properly.The judge had asked all the dogs to be adopted by someone else.The owner is frustrated that why the judge has taken this step even though the case was not proved.SO,Whom will you support???ANOTHER CASE:I also remember of another case where there were a lot of animals and where kept congested in a single house.It seems the house owner was a pet lover that he had bought each and every abandoned stray to his house.But,he couldnt take care of them well,because there where just too many of them.The animals{dogs,cats and lot more,I think} where taken away from his home,but no charge of animal cruelty was levied. ================================================================================= ---------------------------------------------------- The article related to the first case:[Read it if you want to know the exact details][OPTIONAL lol]An update on the seizure of 69 dogs from a home.
