a precognitive dream

Last night, I had a vivid, frightening dream in which I was told by a doctor that there was something wrong with one of my eyes. According to the doctor, there was some kind of infection or cancer behind that eye, and treatment would involve surgery. Truth be told, my left eye does bother me a little, but there's no pain. A few months ago, I had that eye checked out and was told that pet dander or allergy was the culprit. I was also given some eye drops, along with a recommendation to get a regular eye exam. Could it be that there is some truth to my dream????
