As far as i know,the four major chinese cuisines are Shandong cuisine,Sichuan suisine,Canton cuisine and Yangzhou cuisine. the light southern cuisines,and the salty northern cuisines; the sweet eastern cuisines,and the spicy western cuisines and there are also a lot of local delicacy all over the coutry Of course,Chinese cuisines are really a prefect combination of color,aroma taste and appearance.

it's hard to say how many kind of chinese food there are. usully we say there are eight classes chinese food which are the most famous and popular. but as a big country which consists of 31 provinces, each province has there own specialties. sichuan food is very spicy and huaiyang food is a bit sweet, oh it's really hard to describe.

Yes.Too many famous food to say.If you want you can have a try each of them.There are eight mian cuisines in China.And there also a lot knowledge in it.If you have interesting you can study it.Thanks.
