After getting a bachelor degree, some college students go on to pursue in master degree. In the past,I think the higher degree you get,the better. Now,I kinda change my mind.I think I'll get a job first, instead of continuing to study full time after a bachelor degree.Do you think it necessary to get a master degree? And which is the better choice after a bachelor degree,to get a job or to strive for a master degree?

It all depends on the field your entering. I am working on my bachelor's at the moment, but will go back for my master's when I'm done. Why? Not because it will help me secure the position I want, but because it will further my knowledge and understanding of the field I'm in. As you near the end of your program, you will want to weigh out your options. To many employers a degree isn't enough, they want to know that you know how to use that degree. Experience is necessary. Even if it is just volunteer work, you still need to make the effort to get your foot in the door. But just because you need to get out there and get your feet wet, doesn't mean you have to stop your pursuit of a higher degree. It is possible to do both.
