I got paid!!!

I agree that it is nice to get paid for the work I did. It is not building up as quickly this month because I don't have time to work on this any more. I am now doing three doctoral level classes and spend most of my time working on that. Have a great day!!!

hello, you're welcome! i am not sure if i am more but yes i made it for the next payout, i currently have $16.99 i didnt post much from friday till now coz hubby is back home so i am back to my normal hour post. the highest i got was last wednesday ($1.50) the 2nd night of hm being away so i have more time to spend here while waiting for me to fall asleep hehe. yes, it is not much all the time and it all depends to the post (i still dont know how that works though) but i am thankful that i am having a place where i can relax my mind and help me sleep :) anyway, i wish you all the best i know you are having difficulties right now, like you said, life must go on. takecare and good night!

I find it hard to believe that you have made that much!!! People must REALLY like your posts. I know I do. But for me, it is ok just to do what I can do. If it doesn't earn as much as the next person, oh well. I don't know if I will get to many discussions today. I just got home from work and I have all my homework for this week to get started on. Thanks. I only started March 6. I spent a lot more time on this last month than this month. So far this month, I have only made $2.08. But I have decided that I would spend about an hour a day in here and try to get something, even if it takes two months to make payout. If you make substantial posts, you will make more than short ones. But it doesn't need too be too long. Good luck.

I'm impressed. It took me 50 posts to get .50!!! This says you have 14 posts. My question to you is how did you do it??? If you keep making good posts, you will reach payout a lot earlier than I did. So far this month, I have only made $2.08, but I have had a lot less time than I had last month because I am not taking three classes in addition to teaching. Once I reached 100 posts and had my star, I started getting more than a penny per post. I have heard many people say they reached payout with a lot less posts than I had. As far as climbing to $10, what I suggest is try to respond to at least 10 discussions a day and make them a good length like this one was. Last month I was spending 3-4 hours a day in here, but at the rate you are going, it would probably work to spend an hour. If you write good posts, people will hit the + button and that is how you make more money. Good luck!!!

You have about the same number of posts as I do and you have already been paid twice??? What am I doing wrong??? I hear some people say they get paid with a lot less posts than I've made and others that haven't been paid yet with a lot more. This confuses me. Oh well. Keep up the good work!!!

Hey, hang in there!!! Since you are new, what I would suggest is trying to respond to at least 10 discussions a day (or create your own) and make long posts like this. If they are even remotely related to the topic, it is ok. I have one lady that once I respond to here we talk back and forth for a long time. It does get off-topic, but after the initial response, we just talk. Have a great day!!!

I don't think e-gold is an option. I think the only ones they listed were paypal and moneybookers. I'm sure if you make good responses like this, you will reach payout. You might check with the other people in your area (there are a lot listed in my friends), they can tell you how to arrange payment there. Maybe you can start a post to them. Good luck.

Actually, I just started March 6 so I guess so far, I did. I don't think I will make it this month because I am not spending much time in here because of my classes. If it were only my teaching schedule, I could be in here for hours like last month, but now I am doing three doctoral level classes so it will be a little harder than it was. I hope that I won't have to go into that money (either what I put into it from mylot or what was in there before) until I return to America in July.
