here is a great way to lose weight while excersizing

Whether you are walking jogging or just working out with weights, drink grapefruit juice instead of other drinks it will help you lose extra weight. Just remember to rehydrate with water later that day or after you are done working out. Because the grapefruit does increase water lose from fats.So rehydrate with water and you will be fine. If you have any other ways or methods of increasing weight lose let us all know here.

Another good one is to drink appple cider vinegar (not white vinegar!!)
You can add one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to a liter of water..it burns fats, cholesterol and has a whole bunch of minerals and balances acidity..
and if you do not drink the whole liter...you can rinse your hair with it after washing it.. makes it shiny!!
You can usually get the apple cider vinegar at a health food store or at farmers market..

I work at a Health food store.. one supplement that I highly recommend, is CLA ( conjugated linoleic acid) a fatty acid ( good fat ) from safflower.. This actually targets the waist and tummy fat. Proper use is one before each meal and one at bedtime..! Try it it works!

i have to tell you that i practice health and better living with tai-chi and have heard of alot of herbs and different oils that works some that many hasn't heard of but I have heard of safflower and it does work very well indeed but you have to be careful there are some side effects involved. Again you should really never try anything til you get checked out by a doctor especially if you are on any type of meds. Thank you for reminding me about the fatty acids adn there is a inner stomach exercise you can do to help maintain taht figure you desire it is like doing kegle exercises. but with your stomach muscles instead as you are sitting around keep a good posture and even while relaxing take and hold your upper stomach muscle in just a bit not to much as to force pressure but enough to maintain a constant slight pressure and it will increase the fatty acids and natural endorphines that will help burn that excess off

believe it or not it can also help with muscle aches as well. apple cider vinegar i always say if it hurts or swollen soak it in cider. LOL natures cures are always the best results usually no side effects like synthetics.

it really works but always keep an eye out for any signs of extra fatigue because you may be drinking to much.

That would be great if I liked grapefruit juice. Another good way to help loose weight is to drink water and flush your system. Always watch what you eat and how much you eat. But it's also important to eat more than once a day too.

did you know your stomach is only as big as your fist? if you made a fist and put it over your plate of food that is how much will fit in your stomach without making it stretch for all the extra we eat. Just a little fact that I thought you might enjoy. Water is a great way to keep your body from exhaustion while doing workouts. But grapefruit helps you decrease the water that your body stores in areas that you don't want it stored. After all we are not camels LOL
