Yes. there's no catch in my title. It's true. Do you know a person who kill people to prevent an earthquake from happening? Well Herbert Mullin is. I am answering an online exam on how well I know some serial killers. Actually I only remember Jack the Ripper but I got a 40% score in that exam.
