Do you look at their profile or do you just click on approve? are you fussy or dont you care? I always look at their profile to see their age, where they live and if we will have anything in common I dont see the point in being friends with someone I will never answer any of their discussion.

I do take the time to look at people's profiles before I approve them as a friend.
I think it is important to see what kind of person they are.
People that I approve in the "cyber-world" must have something in common with me, just like friends that I have in the "real world".

I always check his country and his points. If he has lower points like 25 or less. Then i don't appove his. If he is very active member with good points then i surely approve him. At the moment i have a few friends. But all i have are active and have good points.

Unless it's someone I know I've seen in some discussion areas and I recognize them, I do go look at the profile.
I don't deny anyone unless the profile is insulting to me or my beliefs. Just having different beliefs isn't an issue, it's how they present themselves.

I always look at the profiles of my new friends. I do it out of interest, to see where they live, how old they are, what discussions they have started and responded to. I will look to see if they have a website too.
I do sometimes wonder why some people send me a friend request but I will always accept them, especially if they are new as I want to encourage newbies to stay and enjoy the experience of myLot.
I have removed some friends who never posted and are not active members.
