i take tea in the evening daily?

it its sthe habbit of me and my wife to have a cup of tea daily in the evening and it has become our habbit. u also do this or not.

I guess I am a little bit weird because i do drink tea as my regular drink in daytime but in the night it is a cup of coffee would do better for me.

actually i drink tea twice in a day. When i reach in the office i require a cup of tea & in the afternoon i require again a cup of tea. its my habbit.if i do not drink tea twice in a day then it is headech for me.

i take tea twice in a day one in the morning when i reach to the office & one after having lunch.sometimes i have tea thrice in a day.
