Best way to show that u care a lot.. A hug?

Well i personally am a sentimental and sensitive guy who expect some one or the other to take care of me almost all the time. And when i am in some kind of bad mood or i am not comfortable with the way things are building around me then i always look for some one to take care of me. I prefer to get hugged and i guess that will just make me feel a bit confident and kind of energetic.
At the same time i give a hug to some one when they do need some mental support cause thats the best way to show them that we care. What do u think is the best of expressing your caring towards a person.

Between me and my partner, it's always a hug and a kiss. We hug each other several times in a whole day's time just to make each other feel that no matter how busy we both are, we can stop and think about each other every now and then. To friends, relatives and other people close to us, a pat on the back or on the shoulder would be enough to show we care. To our kids, it's also a hug, a kiss, a pat on the shoulder or sometimes we brush their head with our hand. There are many other ways to show that we care. Even the mere words "hi, how are you today?" would be enough to show we care.

Yeah i do agree that there are a lot of ways to express that you care for some one but what i meant was to indicate that ur action to show the caring for a person will make them feel that they can live out of any thing with just that one hug, which gives them immence warmth and caring.

i guess best way to show you acre is to just care more. if you acre for a person from true heart, i guess that person can easily perceive the care you are giving. there is no need to show it ij other ways. but still you ask for showing, i think yes a hug can tell so,
