I have been noticing that i am smoking more every day because right now I am under alot of stress with my job change and getting used to a pay decrease. I went from smoking a pack in two days to a pack in one now and starting on a new one by the end of the night. how many do you smoke and what contributed to your change?

I only one packs two or three days.
Last years i'm same like u... get new one in the morning by the end at night.
the solution is u have to get more activities...and tried not smoking after breakfast, lunch or dinner.
I did..... Good luck

smoking is bad. I don't smoke and i can cope up with stress very easely! Like when i have stress i just go running very hard somewere, this helps, or if you have stress work it out in a fighting school or something, just don't smoke, you die much sooner when you smoke! =(

i will agree with you about smoking is bad for you. But it is the only bad habit I have. Plus my wife smokes so it makes it even harder for to quit. I use martial arts as a stress relief also but its hard to do at work LOL. Thank you for the response

I smoke about a pack a day, give or take. Some days I smoke more but others I smoke less. Personally I enjoy it and will keep on smoking.
As towiifreepoints7 comments there is no guarantee that if you smoke you will die any sooner then someone who doesn't smoke so please don't preach. In fact there are now studies showing that lung cancer is not linked to smoking and that the World Health Organization has studies that show smoking can be protective.

Exactly! The one thing in life we are sure of is that we are going to die. Might as well enjoy it while we can.

thanks for your comment and I am the same as far as how much i smoke. smoking isnt good for you but neither is drink cold drinks. it doesn't cause cancer but it can be the cause of awaking the cancer gene in your body.but so can so many other things we use daily.

if we worried about the things that are dangerous we could never do anything even drive anywheres so why worry about something that is going to happen anyways we are going to die at one point in the future we just hope that its not soon LOL. I love life and enjoy it so why worry. Life is to short as it is
