eating a lot!

Eating food is an important thing for a man to live on earth.But how about eating too much?is it good?Im not an obese Im just having an average type of body but I do eat a lot..because I want to gain weight more and have a fat body so that it would be easy for me to shape my body into an athlete type.Do I need to take vitamins to have a good body?

That was my problem before... How to gain more weight in order for me to shape it after. I did achieve what I am hoping for...you know what i did? I just simply started to work out little by little... I initially concentrate on my biceps, then triceps, then pectoris muscle, then deltoid etc. I have noticed that since the day I have worked out, I begin to feel hungry all the time, making me wanting to eat more.. And i did ask a gym instructor who should start working out to have a nice body and be achieving it faster.... a fat guy or a thin guy? ANd he said... a thin guy. Fat guys usually have two concerns when working out: Burning fat and gaining muscle; unlike a thin guy whose concentration will just be building muscles. I hope my response will be one of the best here... I did try my hardest to share whatever I knew about this topic. I just hope I was able to deliver my thoughts and be a help to you... pls do not hesitate to ask me anytime my friend. (,"o
