Howmuch oil u consume per a month?

gosh to be honest with you, I never took stock of such things. My son uses oil in french fries, I put margarine in my pan. We eat cheese, and I guess that is it.

Hello,valatha! ours is a small family.since our children are staying out side we two are staying at home alone.we prepare our foods at home,never depend on market foods.we are consuming two liters of oil every month.it is in a higher side.as per medical guidelines 500 gm of oil per person per month is good for health.so i am trying to limit it to one liter per month.thank you.
