travelling is a good way to know more about the world through experience. for me, researching about the country of the area itself is never enough. i cant really grasp the feel of the place unless i go there myself. it would sound nice and sound adventurous when people talk about it but its much better to see and experience things for yourself. its a great way to meet new people also. a great way to learn other peoples cultures, their life style, form of government, their languages and etc. and with this i keep saying is a way to make a person a well rounded individual.

Traveling has developed my patience and given me knowledge of many different places in the world. I have been able to meet the local people, hear foreign languages and see native wildlife. I like to see attractions that are popular with tourists for they are often beautiful and interesting to see however I appreciate getting off the tourist trail even more. I have seen the fantastic scene of coral reefs and colorful fish. Yes, I would love to go to India for there are so many wonderful places to visit there like the Taj Mahal.

My home country has a rich history, much attractive architecture, pretty coastline and beautiful countryside. It is really crowded with a large population and the weather is cool for most of the year. It only gets hot in the summer months. London is a very popular place that in the past I often went to for the day. I liked seeing the River Thames, Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Rye is a pretty little town with a cobbled street and the views from the church tower there are amazing. I like the historic city of York with all its old buildings and even more so appreciate seeing Chester. The Lake District is a really picturesque area great for walking and seeing superb views of blue lakes and green countryside. I like these places for their scenic beauty, interesting architecture and lovely views from many different vantage points. From exploring different places I get interest, fascination, satisfaction and quite often lots of photos.

Hi Dasari100! There are a lot of tourist destinations also here in our country, the Philippines. We have a lot of beautiful beaches and remarkable places that can really take one's breath away. I have visited some of these places in my country and have enjoyed knowing that I live in such a beautiful country. I also love traveling to other countries as well. I have been to South East Asia and Europe. i love my visits on those countries. I find the culture different from mine but has enriched my knowledge of people and places. I would love to go and visit India one day because I have met some good people from India when I was in London the other year and there are a lot of Indians right now here in our country. Just my thoughts friend! Take care and have a nice day! :)
