I dont think you will get a free website. You need to pay a minimal amount of around Rs 1000 for a minimum webspace per year. You can open a blog for free and post your contents, what do you say?

Since you quite obviously have web access then you may have free web space provided by your ISP. i suggest that you visit the website of your ISP and check what your internet package actually comprises of, you may find that you have web space waiting for you.

Nothing is better than owning your own web site and paying for it. You then have complete control over it if it becomes successful. I started out on free websites over ten years ago and soon realised its limitations. I then bought a domain name and paid for it to be hosted. You are not talking about a lot of money - £24 for a domain name for 2 years and then about $6 a month for hosting.

Look up free websites under any search engine. They will give you a listing of free and trial websites all for free. Choose what you like. Also, some companies that you will work for will give you your own website to promote. If this is what you want. You can also try, www.tripod.com. I believe that you can build your own website for free.
