What do u think of Chinese food?

There are many kinds of cuisines in China, do you know? For example, Cantonese Cuisine, Sichuan Cuisine, Shandong Cuisine,etc. Each has it's special flavor. I prefer Cantonese Cuisine most, for its spiced smell and good taste. And some of my friends like Sichuan Cuisine better, cuz they enjoy spicy foods..
Besides, we have Peking duck, sweet&sour spareribs that are famous all over the world.
So have you ever been to a Chinese Restaurant? What's your favorite dish?

I have only ever been to one chinese restaurant and it was an all you can eat and I loved it. I love Chinese food, but I have never actually been to China itself. I love King Prawn Curry the most.

Yeah. I really want to visit China at some point. My boyfriend's Mam went and she said she loved it.
