Do you ever write letters anymore? It is very seldome that I ever write a letter now days. Most people have computors and I will e-mail them, it is much easier, and cheaper too. I do have one friend that lives 1,000 miles away, she has no computor, I send her a letter sometimes.

I can't remember the last time I wrote a personal letter. It is so much easier to keep in touch by email or txt these days and so much nicer to get an almost instant reply instead of waiting days or weeks. Still find I send business letters though I think it seems more formal somehow. I wonder how long it will be before we stop sending letters altogether?

Well it probally will not be very long before we stop sending letters altogether. As you said it is so much easier sending and recieving them via the computer.

I didn’t write any letters for years since I knew how to send email and to text with cell phone. I find it’s rather inconvenient to write and have the letter posted. We still need an envelope with stamp and all the way to go to the post office to post the letter. Moreover it takes a couple of days to reach the destination.

I don't write letters anymore. I was once fond of writing letters during my high school years. I got a number of pen-friends to write with.
Now the easiest way to send messages or longer notes is by email, though I also use my mobile to send messages so theres no more need to send letters, aside from it will take time before the recepient will receive it, it is also costly and time consuming.

I feel like you do, it takes way too much time, and more expensive also.
