At what age did you get your first radio or stereo?

I believe Iwas 9 years old when I got my first transister radio. Dad gave it to me for Christmas. That night when I went to bed, I took the radio with me and listened to the basketball game.
Boy, did I get in trouble for taking it to bed with me! I lost the radio for over 2 weeks!

I know my parents gave me a radio/cassette player when I was young. Not quite sure what age though. I had it a long time.

I got my first radio for my 8th b-day. It was also a CD and casette player. I lovedit soooo much. I used to stay in my room for hours listening to music, singing and dancing. xD

We had a gramaphone player, a tape recorder and also a radio when I was young. When our Radio collapsed, dad got a transistor and I had a big craze for that cute little electronic device as I could take it with me anywhere unlike the Radio. It just worked with 2 big batteries. Me a great fan of songs and music, started to looking into paper for their timings and during weekends and holidays it is my property and no body could share it. I got that cute little device when I was around 10 years.
