Hi, I am new to this group but as I like this Group very much so I decided to share my experiene with its members and want to know their reactions too. I had wriiten a letter to Idae people...... ......... ......... ....... Today one of your Executive called me on my cell phone and informed me that as I am used to send msg's frequently so here is a new plan for me.He told me about WOMEN CARD and its different benefits. He also told me that if I had sufficient ammont balance in my credit it can be activated immediately and then he will give me a no on that no I can get 3 no's registered,which I use more,for that there will be charged less for talk. I send a msg as advised by the executive and my chit chat card was shifted to WOMEN CARD immediately and Rs 149/- were deducted immediately. After some time I got a call from that gentleman again and he gave me a no 323 to call them and give them those three phone no which I want to get registered as lovable no's. I called on 323 which is a computerised ansering machine they again told me different options but there was no option for getting registered those no, as I followed their instructions i was surprised to know that the got me registered for alert msg's and again deducted Rs.25/- for that.ther were so many options like beautiy tips.forcast etc. etc. which I never want to get. Like this I lost Rs.175/- in total and got no benefit for which I had opted this scheme. I contacted your Executives at Customer care but sorry to say that I got no satisfactory reply from them.After a long argument he gave me a code with which I can unsubscribe my WOMEN CARD. I sent several msg's on that no with that code but all in vain. Since then I have got several msg's from your side I am mentioning them for your record. (1) On 30.10.06 I got a msg from 567 "Your subsription for love has been activate. Thank you."(2) On 30.10.06 I got a msg from Idea " your subscription for Health guru has been activated thank you."(3) On 31.10.06 at 10.55 I got a msg from-9891030940- Dear customer your WOMEN CARD has been activated. (4) On 31.10.06 at 10.55 I again got a msg from chit-chat wef-31.10.06 your card has been migrated to regular card as requested. (5) On 31.10.06 at 10.56 I got a msg from chit-chat you have been migrated to Idea super power. the daily rental will start from your next recharge. (6) On 31.10.06 at 10.56 I got a msg from chit-chat -As per your request you have been migrated from WOMEN CARD to Normal plan. (7) On 31.10.06 at 10.57 I got a msg again from chit-chat You have been migrated to WOMEN CARD. Now can you tell me what should I do?????????? I think you are making fool of your subscribers by introducing new plans. More over what about the 50% illitrate people (if I am not Wrong) who r using you networks too? will they be able to understand your computerised instructions? Your Executives are also unable to give reasonable replies to your costomers. You are requested to credit my amount of Rs.175/- back to my account otherwise I have no other option either to Unsubscribe myself from your network or to seek the help of consumer courts. Thank you.
