No matter how bad they make me feel, I more than likely will die from cigarette related illnesses. Every day I think about it but not hard enough! Even knowing I will miss seeing my grandchildren grow up doesn't stop me. After 45 years of smoking I feel like a lost cause. Anybody out there smoke that long and quit?

Shame on you for smoking! My husband quit cold turkey for almost 7 years. He started up again and he just can't seem to do it again. Even through my pregnancy he smoked, but he didn't smoke around me. Shame lady, shame on you.

I just do not understand this. How could you continue smoking knowing how it can affect the lives of those you love? Think how your grandchildren will feel if you die from something like this. Become strong. You can kick this habit. There is nothing that we can't do if we try hard enough. Get busy on it NOW!
