Lets share our pet peeves about co workers

What is one of your pet peeves about your co workers? Is it that they talk all the time and not get any work done? Or is it something else? Mine is that a lot of my co workers on the overnight crew like to gossip about other employees. It really irritates me. Love to hear your responses!

I could enumerate a lot of pet peeves especially when we talk about my co-workers. Like I could give one and go on and on about it. 
One of my pet peeves about my co-workers is that they love gossiping. They love talking about other people and sometimes they really go to the extent of telling things that are not true about other people. Why can't they just use their spare time to work on their lectures or prepare for their next class or do something really productive!

I have the same problem at my job. I work for Wal Mart in a small town and lately the topic of gossip has been my divorce and personal life. I have actually taken steps with management to stop the gossip as well as going home for my lunch hour. People need to get lives!

Oh I have so many pet peeves about them it isn't funny. They arrive late if they arrive at all. They constantly call in fake sick. They think that no one is onto their games. They gossip. They back stab. They don't pull their own wait. But I wouldn't trade them for another group of misfits because I love them all.

one of my pet peeves is when one of my colleagues comes to work and yak on the phone all day long. she'll be giggling and whispering away as if she's telling some big secret and is afraid if everyone will hear. it's annoying sometimes.

My biggest complaint about my co-workers is that they have no motivation to get anything done. It is like this is my job but why should i put ant effort into it. I have been with my company for 2 years. and i have had 6 raises because i am not afraid to work hard. Most of the people i work with just want to complain because they don't get good raises Well Duh
