5 year old girl is murdered.

About a week ago, a 5 year old girl was murdered near my school during the night. Her throat was slit twice from ear to ear, all her fingers were cut off, and she was stabbed about 7 times. All for what? her parents owed drug money to a 20 year old punk. Not worth it huh? So the mourners made a "shrine" for her.. a 6 foot high pile of teddy bears and pictures and tributes. Its scary knowing that crime like that can happen so close to home. Especially since there is maybe 2 murders a year in our city (20-25,000 people) so this kind of tragedy comes as a shock. Murderer is a 20 year old crackhead, and its weird because alot of people i know, know him. I cant even kill a frog, i dont know how anyone can bring themselves to kill a person. Its sick.
