Persian PTC is a new PTC and PTR program, what's good is that they pay in actuals and currently only PTC are there. I can easily make $0.20 / day since I joined it. Moreover, $1 for just joining until 7000 members tally is reached. $7 is the payout and that too with paypal. no payment proof as it is just a week for the launch. Also, if u do not intend to be part of it due to lack of payment proof, it may simple be good idea to become member and take $1 right away and then become actively participate in it once u see payment proof floating around. Why Being my referral, yaa, It hardly matters as everyone of us is referral even though we do not join as somebody's referral but then owners sells them as buy referrals so basically we are pocketing ptc owners of other sites by removing referral name
