Windows Xp and Ubuntu

Tell me the tips for installing double windows. Windows XP and i want to install the Ubuntu too.What i do tell me the trick.

you can install windows xp on ur pc .than go to www.virtualbox.org and download virtualbox for windows and install it after that you can use any other operating system within this virtual box .read the instalation notes first

Is true, but he must have in his pc upper 1Gb RAM... else is very difficult try ubuntu in virtualbox :-)

so what Ubuntu dose is it gives you 2 os xp and Ubuntu but what i want to know is dose it work just like windows is it a big program and would any program run on it as it dose with xp ??
