I have read and heard of the story of how microsoft and apple have their despute. It has been shown on the movie "The Pirates of Silicon Valley." I really do not know yet which is which on this story. It all started when Bill Gates took off from Apple and developed his own software. Well, look at him now. Bill Gates is more popular and richer than Steve Jobs. Microsoft has totally dominated the whole software scene. What do you think guys??

Apple is awesome. Microsoft is muscular. Apple execs speaks in adjectives; Microsoft's in gerunds. Cupertino wants to show us how cool its products are, and how easy-to-use. Redmond wants us to know how hard it's going to compete to grow its market share.
I still prefer Microsoft though... They're more user friendly.

I don't think that there is any dispute, Apple are head and shoulders better products but Microsoft have the better sales team. Apple were not originally software producers unlike Microsoft. The very first pc was an Apple. But Gates cleverly got alongside a number of PC producers and convinced them to sell his operating system with their computers. So began Microsoft's success. They dominate the market, of that there is no doubt. But if you use an Apple computer, as I do, you will quickly learn that anything Microsoft can do, Apple can do better and way more stylishly.
