I only know that i was a limited edition brought out in 1989. The story is included the book "Nightmares & Dreamscapes". I hope this info helps you. Have a good day!

I have all Stephen King's books, except the limited editions, Do any one knows if this book is for sale somewhere or it's absolite.

there a lot of ebooks out there containing king's works but if you want books then i suggest you look at used books since Nightmares & Dreamscapres was published way back in 1993 i think..
