weight loss

what are some of the things you do to lose weight. My favorite thing that ive done is drink a gallon of water a day. its so easy you still can eat what youve been eating so it doesnt take much will power but you actually eat less cause your so full from water plus water aides in weight loss. Your also not consuming fattening pops and juices.

My girlfriend and I are starting a diet and exercise program together today. We are also going to take a wild step and blog about it at fatbastard dot com and nothingfits dot com. We figure the additional accountability will have us hold strong. We'll be posting our first posts later today, day one. The weigh in was brutal.

to lose weight i try to exercise more and eat less food.
i always avoid foods with a high fat content and eat foods that are low in cholesterol.
when i eat foods that are high in protein, i stay "full" longer and don't snack often very often.
do you think you might be consuming too much water? i've heard that drinking a huge amount of water can wash away one's vitamins.
i don't know if this is true, but it might be.
