Free Targeted Traffic

i run a site and i need free traffics to that site from specific countries say us,uk,etc. is there any traffic exchange site for this which is for certain countries alone.

This is often hard to find, and most likely you would need to pay, but you can always use a search engine. Otherwise just find a good manual exchange site and see what good traffic you can get - this may depend on the country you need it for, which has not been specified, as a large or "rich" company will be easier to get the right traffic for.
