People are always aware of their body shape, especially young people like university students. Some of my friends even have only one meal a day to keep fit.
To be honesty, I am 178 cm height and 90 kilogrammes, and the fact is I have the biggest weight among our classmates as well as my friends. However, I don't care about that, because although my friends don't think me handsome, they consider me as a cute and humorous guy.
But my parents always told me to keep my fit. Their reason is rational, which is if I finish my university work and try to get a job, I will be rejiected in the interview for they may think I am a lazy guy. That's true.
So, even I am very healthy, I still determined to loose some weight and make myslf not be "fat".
How do you define a person as a "fat" guy? And do you like he/she a little bit fat?

i like to see healthy looking people which means they are in ideal BMI.I've seen too many skinny looking mates and i have the urge to tell them" oh please..eat up!!!" ..I think one should diet when he/she is over weight.how do i define fat? that's when you are OVER weight, then you are fat...simple as that. But being fat is not a crime and i don't call people 'FAT'..Anyway,i still prefer someone with a slightly fat than skinny.

Thank you for your advice, and I think it's useful to me. Ideal BMI! That's sounds to be my goal! In China, many girls are too tkinny just as they never eat meals ,and I refuse to loose weight by reducing meal times every day~

Seeing that I am a big girl I can't really say anything about someone else being big. I do believe however that its whats on the inside that counts anyways so a persons size dont bother me. Even before I had kids and was alot smaller then I am now, I never looked down on people that were large. I have alot of big friends and as a matter of fact my husband isn't exactly tiny and I love him to pieces

I am a very fat lady and I have been like this all my life. It has stopped me from getting many boyfriends, and in some case jobs, because I simply was not considered attractive enough for the job. It is a fact of life and not fair. No I don't care if somebody is fat or skinny, short or tall, wears glasses or not, all this stuff is superficial.
