Sourav Ganguly showed his class once again. / myLot

Sourav Ganguly has made it a habit to prove his critics wrong. Just when every one was questioning his place in the team he dilivered two extraordinary performances. Fisrt he made 87 in Ahmedabad on a pitch which favoured fastbowlers and then he played one of his best knock ever. He may not be blessed with teqnique of Sachin or Dravid but he is a fighter and he does not except defeat easily. Its sad that he is not considered good for ODI even after being the highest run getter last year.Do you think that Sourav Ganguly deserves a place in ODI team also?

Yeah it is sad that we see Saurav Ganguly very less now a days and he is a fighter indeed who never gives up easily. One of the most sucessful captain of India.

yes, he has proved that he is the best captain. even in IPL his team is at top of chart. wish we ould see in blue T-Shirt again. He can easily play for two years more

i can think ganguly should play in odi and he can easily play for 2 more years with his present condition of fitness

yes i think that Ganguly can easily play for two years more. But Mr. Dhoni wont take him in the team as he wants to prepare team of his own so that he can controll them or dominate them. if there are senior players in the team he would have to take their advise. last time also they did the same thing and as a result there was lo of insecurity in the team. I think that Ganguly shoul be called back in ODI

I am a Pakistani but i respect great players from indian team like Dravid' Tendulkar and Ganguly. And i really felt very sad when people misbehave with players like Ganguly on his bad performance in a few matches. And forgot his all time best performances. These players are pillers of indian team so you cannot ignore them. when pakistan v india match to be player. Then my father always asked me is Ganguly playing or is he got out? Then i said no he is playing then he said if Ganguly will got out then Pakistan can win this match only. Lol He always said Ganguly always stand on wicket like a mountain and cannot be get out soon. So Indian cricket fans should respect these players. As i love them. Thanks

its very good to see that there are fans of Sourav Ganguly in Pakistan also. Ganguly is a role model not only for young cricketers but also for others. He is a fighter and he never gives up easily. even when he was out of the team and out of favour for selectors and coach and former players, I was confident that he will make a comeback as he has a never say die attitude. there is a saying in Hindi "Faisla hone se pehle main bhala haar kyun maanu, Jag abhi jeeta nahin aur main abhi haara nahin." I think that Sourav Ganguly believes in this philosophy.
