Happiness Tips

Happiness can be such an illusion and difficult to attain, but if you really want to feel happiness, here are some ways to help you achieve it:
Try and start your day off positive
Make the best of bad situations
Don't dwell on bad vibes
Remember, bad things can happen to good people
Be around people who make you smile
Avoid bummer situations and people
Avoid pity parties
Remember, life is only what you make it
There are people worse off than you
Avoid the use of drugs or alcohol to make you
feel better
Does anyone else have any good sugestions for achieving happiness?

I would love to be able to feel happiness some day. I work very hard to achive it. I always try to be positive every day. I try to make the best of all bad situations also. I try to avoid things that get me down. I stay to myself, my husband and my daughter because they do make me smile. I try to make the best out of every day also. I just try to stay focussed on my goals in life and try to attain them daily to get closer to reaching them. that makes me happy when I see some accomplishments.
