In pain all the time from too much time on the internet? I know I do. I can only handle a few hours then I have to get off. My neck and back both start hurting and I once had sciatica in my leg a long time ago, but it still acts up if I am on here too long. I wish I could stay on for about 5 hours! I really don't have that much time to do that, but if I did, it would probably kill me LOL. Does anyone else suffer from too much internet time?

I spend a lot of time at the computer, but I'm up and down continually throughout the day, so it's not been a real problem (yet).
I get a bit stiff here and there, but it's not so bothersome that I can't sit any longer or anything. I just get up and go do something else - start dinner, go out and check the mail, throw a load of laundry in, etc, and it's all worked out before I sit back down here again.

I live in a very tiny house and there's not much else to do here, so the bread crumbs always lead me right back here within minutes.

Yes I get horrible pain in my right shoulder when I'm on the computer too long and my neck goes numb. I overindulge and suffer all the time and have to take a long break of a day or two. I try to remember correct posture and that helps extend my time on here. Just now, before I mentioned this, I was all hunched over (for pete's sake will I ever learn?)

If I sit here too long, my hips and shoulders really give me trouble. Now, I have started spending an hour and doing other things for an hour. That way I am not sitting here all day.

I am not in pain but I can sure tell that i need to get off of this thing for a while and get some kind of exercise though. I feel like my poor body goes numb sometimes form sitting here working and typing. I do not have much motivation either after sitting here for a along time.
