Snoring is the vibration of respiratory structures and the resulting sound, due to obstructed air movement during breathing while sleeping. The sound may be soft or loud and unpleasant. Snoring is known to cause sleep deprivation to both the snorer and those who hear him/her, as well as knock-on effects: daytime drowsiness, irritability, lack of focus, decreased libido. It has also been suggested that it can cause significant psychological and social damage to sufferers.
i ask my mom about that since we sleep in the same bed and thankfully, i don't snore when i'm sleeping lol how about you? are you aware that you snore while you're sleeping?

Fortunately not! But I had been in a situation where all of my roommates snored. I tell you it was such a disaster. And worse yet, they were all my guests.
Imagine my situation, I had to wake up early in the morning to go to work but I was the one who couldn't get a good sleep because all my guests were snoring.
I had to make arrangement with them that they let me sleep first before they do or I would stay awake all night listening to their chorus. LOL!

LOL! My better half says that I snore.....however, while sleeping I cannot judge whether I snore or not. She says either you get rid of your snoring....or you would be fired....LOL! I know that person who snores, does not remain aware about it, but the person who is sleeping along with him/her does feel the pinch and her/his sleep does get disturbed.

When I am very tired, I snore but I don't have any idea about it, my friends, parents and husband just told me that I am snoring, I hate to know it since when someone will snore I am irritated and easily destructed. I am trying to try many ways to minimize but I can't control it, I just snore when during the daytime, I overwork!

I'm pretty sure I do snore at least that's what my husband tells me. I find he doesn't snore if he sleeps on his side. I don't think I snore if I sleep on my side either. I try to lay on my side when I'm sleeping for that reason. It's hard enough to sleep at night when you're older without having to listen to snoring!

I am not aware that I snore while I am sleeping. But my friends told me that I sometimes do snore. Gradually I find that if I am very tired in the daytime, I am likely to snore at night. Besides, when I sleep in the quilt,I will also snore.

lol. Yes, I snore when I sleep, especially when I'm tired. Everyone in the family has already told me that, so I'm quite aware that I do snore. But thankfully I'm not the only one in the family who breathes noisily when asleep. I think it's in our blood or something. My dad and my older brother also snores, and they are even worse than me. I don't think I can sleep in a room with one of them.

I may snore 3 times a year and only if I am sick and, because I am such a light sleeper, as soon as one snore comes out of me, it wakes me up.
But, my hubby snores. More and more than he used to. I have to wake him several times throughout the night to stop him and he gets mad because it is disturbing his sleep...hmmmmm! How weird that I am disturbing his sleep by waking him while he is snoring because he disturbed my sleep and woke me up! Awwww....I feel so bad! LOL!

Yes I snore according to my past gfs. It's a bit annoying really and I want to stop it. What's funny too is that I often snore really loud. They told me it sounded like ships sailing. The last relationship I had even ended because og my snoring! boo! :P
