Although I will pretty much read anything that is interesting, my tastes lend more towards fiction. Right now, my current addiction is paranormal romance genre. If you are not familiar with them, they are romance novels with fantastic elements, like vampires, demons, werewolves, fairies, etc.
I like this genre because it combines two things that I like very much: the guaranteed happy ending and the fantasy elements. There are many good writers out there who write this genre. My faves would include JR Ward, Christine Feehan, Kresley Cole and Karen Marie Moning, to name a few.

I have a very ecclectic taste in books. Most prominent in my list are the literary classics, horror, crime, biographies/memoirs, documentaries, fantasy, epic, and science fiction. I like books that deal primarily with existensialist themes, war, peace, morality, humanity, race, the nature of good and evil - the grey areas in between- the meaning of life and such. The only genre I rarely read is romance - sorry to say(you know the "flames of desire" types), as I think I will not learn a thing from those.

I like to read books. Usually, I read romantic/love story, classic novels sometimes, mystery and fantasy. These kind of books really entertained me.

My favorite types of books to read would have to be Romance, fantasy, and horror. No matter what book I'm reading, if I really enjoy it, it just consumes me. I feel like I am inside the story. Reading helps me get away from the troubles of the real world and be someone who, well, isn't me. Most of the books I read of two people getting together in some point in the story and supernatural beings in them.

I don't have a paticular genre that I like to read. I just pick up a book and read it for a couple of minutes and see if it catches my attention. Right now I'm actually reading a Science Fiction book by Octavia Butler. At first the book scared the mess out of me, because it was about aliens abducting humans after this horrible war that took place on earth. Once I got into story I started to realize that it was not as scary as I thought it was. But I do like to visual everything that is taking place in the story, it actually makes it easier for me to continue reading.

Most of the books that I prefer to read are romance novels, classic novels an those books which tackle things about the "A-list" crowd.

I used to read horror books also when I was in high school. But now, I like reading chick literature, kind of women's novels, love story, lifestyle.

Anything would be fine with me. If I have to read, I just go ahead and start reading, But I usually like to read Sci Fi and Fantasy books. Suspense thrillers and Investigation kinda books are also good with me. I read some romantic books also.
