to recycle or not to recycle...

everyday we are lectured about pollution and the way of avoiding them 'recycle'. but what i can see the spirit is just for show off and then are not done accordingly. no recycle bin being put in school, college or whatsoever... what is happening???

If they don't have recycle bins around, do they have some one or a time table of someone who will collect the recycle things from you. In our place we have someone who comes once a day to collect those things that needed to be 'recycle".

Or so what's the point of telling people to recycle and do nothing about it.
