Unsuccessful dietS

I stopped dieting. :D Tired, I guess [for trying a lot of fad/detox diets]. I think I need to polish first my discipline and willpower. Gosh, i just so love foods! Hahahaha!! Here's the history of my failed diets [I felt like a guinea pig trying all those! :D]:
water fast [3 days attempt] - i can make it.. that is, driking water only, for a day BUT...
..... boss offering you a sweet homemade oats-milk-like-pulvoron. Can't resist him and the food. :D
..... between 4-5 pm, the stomach keeps on growling. First sight of food. Yep, chomp!
..... i tried to include oats, plain no sugar, in my diet but the smell of the food my co-workers are cooking are soo.. oh gosh.. so there, I joined them at lunch. :D
..... and here's the number one reason: it's embarrassing talking to customers if you have this bad breath. My stomach's empty, that's why! Even though I drank liters and liters of water, the smell won't go away. =(
Those 3 days water fast attempt, are all my first days. :D
'after 6' diet [2 days] - I survived eating less foods in the early hours, even at lunch. Small portions. I don't know why I suddenly felt this urge to eat Burger [which is being sold a few feet away from the office]. And yep, I gave in to my cravings!
now my cabbage soup diet. I cheated. =/
last Sunday, back to 'after 6' diet. I stayed home the whole day. Cooked some food for the family, made some taste test and [unconsciusly] got myself a bowl and filled it with food. :D Oops.. did I say BOWL?? I guess the food's so delicious. ha ha!
recently, the fast-5 diet. i just can't stop my cravings. lolz!
I guess I have to look or find something/someone/anything to motivate me to lose weight.
What about you? What are your failed diet 'experiments'? :D

Hi seiyuh,as from my discussion,i think you could try these : 1 table spoon of Psyllium husk with a glass of water and 1/2 a table spoon of Apple Cider Vinegar every morning on empty stomach 1/2 hour before breakfast.These remedy was found by Professor Amold Ehret on the topic EFFECTIVE NATURAL COLON CLEANSING.

I have a great self discipline when it comes to diet. It was successful for me, i also try different diet like after six. The very good thing for me is daily monitoring of weight, it help me a lot.I so my weight turning down. I eat frequently small meals with that. After diet, ofcourse i deserve to treat myself so i eat my favorite food.
The whole semester of my pregnancy, i gain total of 25kgs. After a year i go back to diet, it was successful then, i go back to my weight before pregnancy.
Now i just maintaining.
O before maintenance, i also try maggie slimming pills. It was really effective for me and i lose more lbs but i do not recommend it. I don't see any side effects while using it. I had two packs but there are still 6 capsule left. My mother criticize and laugh saying i'm not beautiful when thin. Not totally thin. You just noticed it on my face.
