Do you have the courage to refuse a job while you do not have other choices?

The job is offered by a IT company and I have been interviewed for four times. In the last interview I failed and I mentioned the interview in my yesterday's discussion on whether " no product can not sell but unqulified salesman". The position I required includes two months training and then receive the pressmen during the period of Olympics in the International Press Centre. The government will give the company a exhibition place in the Center to promote their products while also answer the questions from the foreign reporters. When I failed the HR manager was very kind to offer me to be the management trainee in the company. I said ok but I would like to wait for the answere after he discussed with his supervisor. One from HR department called me today to take the job as a trainee tomorrow. I asked her all the detailed information and she said there would be an internship from 3 months to 6 months in which the trainee would go to the stores as a salesman. Everyday the trainee should go to the company to take a meeting at half past eight and then go to the stores and the work will be end about half past six in the afternoon. If training is offered, the trainee should return to the company after work. The payment is 1500rmb and 3% to 6% of the income of the sales. After this period there would be another 6 months to work in different departments in turn and the payment would be fixed 5000rmb. Then the third period is to stay in a department and there is also some length of time for examing whether you are fit. The possibility to be a manager is large and there are also successful examples. I hesitated and finally I gave up and I sent a message to the HR manager to say sorry because I did not think I fit this position. In the present societ, job is not easy to find but I refuse it. It is not because the distance from the store and where I live is too far(23km), it is not also because it is tough. The future of IT industry in China is bright and the brand of the company is good. The synthetical reason is the process to grow is too long and too slow and I can not wait. I gave up this job and I told my boyfriend that I wanted to give myself one month to realize my dream. If after one month I still can not be supported my dreamed life and I will take the job which can earn my living without hesitation. It does need courage to make this decision. God bless me!
