i have a lean body when i was still single. but when i bore 5 children, i really gained weight. i even gained more weight when i started to work. my work is multi-tasking and oftentimes I am stressed out. Problems at work and at home merged and made me worn out. To overcome this, my therapy is food therapy. Whenever I am stress and depress, I eat more, I starve for more. I would like to change my lifestyle because I am not feeling healthy like I used to be not to mention I am getting older.Have tried exercise and diets. It only makes me eat more.

As you've said, it's not a healthy way to reduce the stress by food therapy. Try to find other ways, like watching some comedy, taking a walk, talking to your friends or family. Sometimes you may even communicate with your children, their understanding and care for you may also make you ease.
For me, when i'm stressed i always call my mom or my friends to tell them my problem. That always help.
