Communication skill is really matters nowadays!
Man are social animals,so one cannot live without communicating with others.And sometime,how to express your idea will make the whole difference.
Well,as for me,I once red several books concerning communocation skills and they really helped a lot!
So,more appreciations,more active words,and more smiles are my advice in any communication you made!

I think everyone should try to improve their communication skills. It is important.
Communication is not just about how we speak or how we write. A good communicator has to have something more than a good voice. I think a good communicator is someone who shows enthusiasm and is genuinely interested in talking and listening to other people.

Communication skills are of utmost importance. The way we present & convey the message is so very important, it doesn't matter whether it's by speech or any other way. I like the word mutual understanding here. If not, the message was not clearly interpreted in it's original & intended content.
