eye glasses Vs contact lens

Recently my head was aching I went to an eye doctor She advised me to wear glasses. The power is meager I think so .75 & .5 is it best to wear specs or contact lenses let me know kindly help me out in this

I think when it comes to glasses versus contact lenses, it all depends on the situation,because in situations like sports and stuff like that it is hard to wear glasses,and also it depends on what is more comfortable for you,I prefer glasses,since I am nearsighted,and I really dont like the idea of poking the contact lenses into my eyes.
