It needs lot of practice and readings....aside from that you have to boost your self confidence...sometimes in order for your english to be effective....you have to talk with self confidence...i my self find it hard to use english language in daily basis cause i'm not costumize to speak english fluently..

Hello! ^_^ I as well is not really that fluent although I have taken courses back in the UK to enhance my vocabulary. Our professor gave us lists of websites that contains quizzes , exercises etc. to do at home.
You can also practice by speaking english in school if you are still studying. Do practice writing online and be aware of the grammar and sentence construction. As you get better in these you'll be able to speak English better.. Practice makes perfect

I would say start checking out if English courses are given at your school? If not try to go public or a local community type college. Maybe even get a dictionary conversion, or a lesson by computer or tape/dvd. Speak as much English as you can with friends, family. It takes time.

Hello! Well, I agree with all their suggestions and ideas. They're all great. There is no harm in trying. Try which one you will benefit most.
As for me, I would like to suggest a website: www.livemocha.com
In this website, there are courses or level which you have to undergo from writing to speaking up. You can study by yourself. There are native speakers who will check your work. You can try to visit the website.
By the way, it is FREE!
They also offer lessons for Chinese, Spanish and French languages.

Hi there. Good for you on learning english. A good way to help you with your learning, is either to go into chat with english speaking people, online or for real. Or you could also take extra night classes. All the best, have a great day...

Hello,HeNdRyWaNg.I am a junior in TJPU of China. Frankly speaking,my spoken english is not very good. However ,i am glad to share something, that may be useful to improve your oral english.
in my opinion, talking with men whose mother language is english is the most effective method to imprve one's speaking english.
also, you can recite some beautiful english passage everyday.
hope you make progress in the coming future

Hi there....... you can do the following...
1)Watch movies,tv shows and english news channels like the bbc - To get the pronunciation of words..
2)Read lots of books...when i say books...i mean a mix of novels you like..as well as novels you haven't tried or genres you haven't ventured into....go for novels that are dramatic as they make use of beautiful words and have eloquent passages....
3) carry a pocket dictionary so that when you encounter a new word, you can look it up.
4) Use the words you learn as much as you can...but where appropriate..you don't want to make a fool of yourself...

If u intent to go to english coaching classes then it becomes a different way of learning altogether. U need have any advice from here as they will tell u what to do to improve. but u u want to improve by urself then this what i can recommend to u.
Talk to ur friends in english who wont tease u when u make grammatical mistakes but who will teach u to correct ur mistakes. Study story books. to start with read beginner level books that will help u to improve ur grammatical skills to great extent.Study newspapers and read them out loud by this way ur mind will register the difficult words and correct formation of sentences. whenever u find a word for which u dont know the meaning then first refer the dictionary and try to form sentences with those new words. Follow an exercise learning 5 new words daily and forming sentences with them. Make sure that the sentences are grammatically correct. last but not the least watch english channels which helps u to improve ur english.
