Lately lots of friends and relatives commented on my husband weight gain. So he decided to go on a diet. He started to take psyllium husk with water and apple cider vinegar every morning. It seem to be working since a few friends notice his weight loss. Although it's working he is still open for new suggestion on any other methods. Anybody out there who have better option, please advice.

If your husband is like most men he eats his food fast. It takes at least 20 minutes for the tummy to tel the brain it is full. so he should slow down and really chew his food. A lot less refined foods eliminating sugar and a lot more vegetables. Did you know that meat spends about 3 days in the intestines? s I would cut back there too.

Hi there. I think the best way of keeping weight down, is to simply watch your calorie intake, and what foods are being gobbled. I wouldnt say this was a better option, but I have seen two of my aunties drop weight from drinking wulong tea, check this link out and have a great day...
