How much "Governmental "Technology is released to us? Less than you think!

Believe it or not people, only 10% of technology is released to us, and yes the government is in control over this. Our cell phone capabilities are more than they appear to be. The reason behind that is because the service providers we have for our phones limit the functions for them. Devices are well capible of doing way more than instructed. So the leading question would be that does anyone feel that there is more happening on our phones than we our aware of? I mean they can hear and even see you now. Almost eveyone has a camera now. Tricky Huh??
