what is the meaning of life to you?

How do u spend your day to day life? especially if you are undergoing a crisis and everything is so cloudy and you fell that there is no light at the end of the tunnel? how do you deal with that?

My family are my life and they are what helps to get me through anything bad that is happening we dont just share the good stuff but the bad stuff aswell and that seems to make it easier to handle
