Expat can´t get money!

I live in Guatemala and work as a freelance writer, which means I get paid through PayPal. Unfortunately, they don´t service Guatemala, so my money goes through my sister´s account in Canada. Now, they just froze the account and cancelled the card that I have, despite my sister assuring them that there is no fraud. My family depends on the money that I earn and now we have nothing. Any ideas on how to get my money from PayPal to Guatemala without losing too much in the process? Does anyone know of a way to set up your own bank account in a PayPal accepted country if you don´t live there? (like the US or Canada)
