I have been watching this show all season. Tonight is the finalle. I think Ali is going to win. I wanted to vote last week for roger or mark but only Americans could vote. Who do you think is going to win? There has never been a female winner before. Do you think they should have a female and male biggest loser? I can't wait for tonights show.

I think it will either be Ali or Kelly. Mark does not have any more weight to lose. Ali does not really either, but she was ahead of Kelly by a few % points last week. If Kelly really stepped it up since the last show then I think she could win because she had the most weight left to lose.

I think this is the year of the woman winning. I hope Kelly does step it up. I wonder what happens to Marks challenge prize if he does not get voted into the final 3 by America. I guess he would still get to keep it because he would be going for the 100,000.

I have also watched all season. I think Ali is going to win also, but my mom says she believes Kelli will win it all. I just know it is time for a woman winner. They all deserve it, but can only be one winner. I cannot wait until 8 pm.

Since they showed us this season that Bob and Jillian do The Biggest Loser in Australia, I wanted to know whether any of the other Biggest Loser shows (because I think there are many other countries involved) had a woman win. It is kind of unfair since a) most of the men are more overweight than the women to begin with so they have more weight to lose, and b) men are better able to lose weight. As the commercials show, Jillian has been waiting 5 years for a woman to win. Because they are promoting it so much I think a woman just might win this year. I'm thinking Mark was voted out by America (because he would be the obvious winner) and Ali is going to take. I can only hope! She really has done amazingly. She is soooo skinny. The last episode she weighed, what was it, 149 pounds???? She didn't look like she still weighed that much. Her stomach is completely flat... flatter than mine and I've lost some weight (down to 134 last I checked) and I still have a couple of rolls. (got to get to work on some ab tightening exercises!)
I'm looking forward to tonight's show, though may tape it and watch it later since Big Brother is on, and Beauty and the Geek. Big Brother will be on again tomorrow night so need to watch it right away. I hate it when all these shows overlap on the same nights and then there is a night when there is NOTHING on!

At first it was lots of walking - an hour a day, 3-4 days a week. But not I have been diagnosed as hypoglycemic and am following a strict regimen of 6 small meals a day. I still cheat with sweets but I try to stick to the menu and timing and it seems to be helping me lose weight. Now I have to get at some crunches and get rid of my rolls.
I'd like to see The Biggest Loser in Canada too, though I'd hardly qualify.

Wow, how do you stay so small Pat. My granddaughter always wants me to have a snack when she has one and lately it has be rice crispy squares. I wish they had a biggest loser in Canada. I would be the first in lineup to try out. Here is hoping for a girl to win tonight.
