I read every response before I write any thing. If I have no time for reading I do not post. for me it is an open time to response. when I right "I agree" that means I really agree. so, no posting without reading.

I try to read the Terms and Conditions, but sometimes I don't get to read all of it until after I've already installed whatever software or signed up for whatever product they are asking for me to read that TOC for. But, I have to admit that most of the time, I just scan it, too. I mostly pay attention to the privacy policy to make sure I'm not signing up for too much spam.

hmm, I see what you mean... I guess I don't usually read it because I think that they assume I will read it , so they won't have anything that will make me reconsider... but maybe I should start reading more often so that I don't end up being sued for not keeping the conditions of use or something... :)

Yes i've read terms and conditions on certain occasions. Its like its spoken in a foriegn language except its english. They write things to where you really don't know what they mean exactly and to where they can interpret it anyway they want. So basicly if you try to sue they explain the terms the way they want to interpret it. Most likely you would not win the lawsuit unless they did something that could be said to be 100% outrageous.
