- What did you do then? How? Where? ...did you find Help & Support? ...which dept. in Hospital or in Clinic can take care of them?
* Can you believe it: Fibromyalgia is not anymore considered exclusively an ADULT Syndrome?
- NO Fibro websites look like really speaking clearly or openly about Fibromyalgia in Children or Teens. WHY??
* Is your Child or Teen a day got an "incorrect" Fibromyalgia Diagnosis!! ...but, the doc just told it is possibly flu-like, Juvenile Arthritis or some Psychiatric problems, or else... Did that happen to you?
* Please, share your story with us, we need Testimonies!
* In the Future, Is it possible to ASK webmasters our NEEDS to put in Main Menu of Fibro websites they design: Buttons or Links about infos, treatments, specific symptoms, ressources or services, etc... specially for Children or Teens suffering of Fibromyalgia ?
* Please, Tell me what you think about?
Because, we feel so alone, unpowerful when our children or teens are in need of Help & Support asap!
Thanks, Dania

Thank Sassy!
I wish you The Best! and Keep Hoping!!
- read about Tips on Fibro-sites, that can give ideas & help in daily Life or make Life more easy & simple
- The best Tip i found: when i got digestion problems, just Digestive Enzymes pills corrected it.
* In winter 2006, i stayed in bed 8 months, not able to eat just drinking 2 cups a day of soya protein powder in soya drink! Making a Food List is also important to feel Good or Better! Some Food items make us more sick, other are ok
* About Nutrition: by example, i became 75% vegetarian, stop Milk and drink Soya drinks, i learned about Raw Foods Diet and funny Juicing! Now, i can eat some cooked and Mediterranean Diet: like couscous, pasta, rice, arabic or greek is the really good one! Lot of fresh fruits & veggies raw.
* About Meds: i have a good pain killer "Diclofenac" it is anti-inflammatory for Fibro-crisis moment. Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen are ok generally. If needed, i have sleeping pills.
* Exercize: 5-20 minutes 3-5 times by week, just when i feel really well and had good sleep! The therapists telling us to Gym or Jog are knowing anything about Our Pain and Fatigue!
Good 12 May Awareness Fibro Day!

Hello Both of you Fibro-Friends!
* The International Association of Fibromyalgia & Chronic Fatigue Syndrome are building an International Website!!

* Awareness to FM & CFS MUST be more than on the DAY of MAY 12 only!!
...we need your reactions please... and, tell it around to family & friends!
- your Needs, Suggestions & Comments are Welcome: we can reach the Association in English and French now (later some other languages will be available) at this email: iafmcfs@gmail.com
