Have you ever heard of or tried using any desktop screen capturing tool . If not then I suggest that you visit www.CamStudio.com
If offers a free tool for recording anything thats appears on your desktop . This is a very handy tool . Enjoy it

there are many video sharing websites such as youtube etc. where you can register and get its link of video under its permission of its rule. then you can link these videos to your websites. if you like , you can have a look at my website which you can find the link in my profile. there are lots of interest videoes .

It depends on the subject and effort of production you want to go for..a camera phone video might do,or a Digital camera file.maybe even a webcam capture could work. You generally need to keep file sizes small for uploading and storage..I've never uploaded video to the web myself, just still photos, but I do make use of my camera phone's video capabilities..

hi shepherdspy,
thanks for your comment there.i'm trying or think of trying to make me a video to upload on youtube about my website that am trying to promote for free.i don't have that much money to keep the bill up on having a real domain for it,so i have to have the freebie websites where you can make it for free.i thought about trying to make a video about the website, and post it on youtube and other video community websites.i think that there would get the word out.l

if you are looking just to animate 2d images you can use advance GIF animator which is pretty good, or if you want to make 3d animations you can use 3d canvas which is a free software...
Or if you want to do some video editing of video you have captured on your camera, I strongly recommend Sony vegas...
