Calamari-How do you like it?

How does everyone here like their calamari prepared? I like fried and battered calamari with ketchup or cocktail sauce. I like the calamari rings though, not the whole calamari. The tentacles of whole calamari feel strange and stick to the inside of my mouth. What about you guys? Dan

i like it deep-fried. my sauce of preference, tartar. the crispiness of the batter and the chewiness of the squid---the perfect combination. come to think of it, i'll drop by the store later to buy me some :D

Lol I could go for some calamari too. No places near me sell it though :( Thanks for the response. There are no posts here and I though that no one would respond. Dan
